Indicator activities
1. Coordination to achieve recognition and collect information about the needs, concerns and prioritized expectations of family businesses members of the association.
2. Facilitating study and research on the best practices and successful case studies in various fields of family businesses undergoing intergenerational transfer.
3. Forecasting and proposing educational, research, consulting and event implementation plans and initiatives to meet the needs, overcome the challenges and resolve the concerns of the member businesses of the association.
4. Identification, evaluation and selection of real (independent teachers and experts) and legal (including universities, educational, research institutes and centers, consulting and event organizers) suppliers with the cooperation of relevant executive working groups.
5. Designing and outsourcing empowerment projects of real and legal suppliers in cooperation with domestic and foreign partners.
6. Designing and organizing workshops, seminars and training sessions to justify and encourage family businesses in order to benefit from educational, research, consulting services and holding target events with the cooperation of relevant executive working groups.
7. Preparing and proposing bilateral and multilateral agreements with family businesses and selected domestic and international suppliers with the cooperation of relevant executive working groups and international affairs of the association.
8. Receiving educational, consulting, research orders and organizing events from the applicant members and effectively transferring them to the selected suppliers to provide guidance and support according to the conditions of the relevant applicants.
9. Create and administer an online platform or community where member family businesses can share their experiences, seek to identify and select qualified suppliers, and work together to overcome common challenges. do
10. Supporting priority applied scientific works in the fields of content production required by different levels of the committee.
11. Regular monitoring and evaluation of the progress of accurate and timely transfer of the needs of member family businesses to the relevant real and legal suppliers.
12. Ensuring that the family business of the applicant member of the association provides support and resources for training, consulting, research and holding appropriate events through the selected suppliers for the successful passage of the intergenerational transfer and To improve the performance and benefits of their family businesses.
13. Monitoring the sense of performance of suppliers on the contract side of target family businesses.
