Conditions for membership of the first group:

1. The applicant’s legal personality (family business) has been legally registered.
2. Completing the membership application forms for the members of the first group
3. The business applicant must have Iranian citizenship.
4. The applicant’s business is under the leadership of the first or second generation or intends to transfer ownership and management between generations.
5. Written acceptance of the statutes, membership regulations, charter and regulations of the association.
6. Acceptance of the conditions that are determined and approved by the next assemblies or board of directors for the members.
7. Entrance payment (one time forever) and membership fee (annual) after the applicant is approved by the membership committee.
8. Members of the association are required to pay an additional fee to use special programs of the association, which require a special fee for the association.

Conditions for membership of the second group:

1. Real experts, including lawyers, auditors, university professors, trainers, mentors, management consultants, psychologists, researchers, etc., who have related work experience and higher education and are effective in advancing the goals of the association, can request membership of the association.
2. Institutions and organizations active in the specialized fields of the association can apply for membership of the association.

Membership fee :

The annual membership fee and entrance fee are determined by the board of directors.

Each member of the first and second groups (Article 3) will pay an amount as an entrance fee at the beginning of membership and an amount as a membership fee annually as described in the following paragraphs:

1. Family businesses that are members of Group 1, Article 3 of the By-Laws, with a minimum of 100 and a maximum of 500 employees, are considered medium-sized businesses based on the provisions of this By-Law. In this case, the entry fee (once and for all) of these members will be set at 1,000,000,000 Rials and their membership fee (annually) will be set at 500,000,000 Rials.

2. Family businesses that are members of Group 1, Article 3 of this regulation, and the number of employees covered by them is more than 500 people, are considered as large family businesses based on the provisions of this regulation. In this case, the entry fee (once and for all) of these members is set at 1,000,000,000 Rials and their membership fee (annually) is set at 500,000,000 Rials. In addition, these members are required to pay excess amounts for more than 500 people in the amount of 300,000 Rials per person and up to 2,000,000,000 Rials.

3. The entrance fee for group 2 members (once and for all) is set at the amount of 100,000,000 and the membership fee for each member (annually) is set at the amount of 50,000,000 Rials.
